RMSH will supply the customer with a detailed failure report and quotation within a 5-7 working day period from the day the hydraulic components were received at RMSH's factory.
Upon receiving the units, they will be booked in and a unique job number will be allocated to each unit. This number will be hard stamped onto the unit and all parts to allow RMSH to keep track and history of all work done.
The unit will be cleaned, dismantled on our stripping benched and a detailed failure report will be compiled by our incoming inspectors. All inspections will be done according to OEM specifications. The detailed failure report and quotation will be forwarded to customer.
No work will commence unless an official faxed order has been received by RMSH. This can be in the form of a hard copy, fax or via e-mail. Verbal orders are not accepted.
